Vastly underrated

It's unfortunate that this was overshadowed by 'Goodfellas' and 'Godfather III' when it was first released. It's a great crime flick that's turbo-charged by three extremely charismatic performances from Sean Penn, Gary Oldman and Robin Wright.

I agree, I wish I had more time to watch all the great movies out there like this.

I actually like this film better than Goodfellas or Godfather III. I watch State of Grace annually this time of year and it never disappoints.
