They're making a sequel to this movie

The sequel will still involve Sean Penn's character Terry Noonan. The plot revolves around Terry's next undercover assignment. Not being content with the way he told everybody he was an undercover cop in the first movie, in the sequel Terry Noonan will buy out the front page of the Boston Globe and print his face on it with the title "LOOK OUT FOR UNDERCOVER COP". Also half way through the plot he realizes that this isn't working well and decides to buy a 30 minute ad on primetime TV, which revolves around him looking straight at the camera and saying "I am an undercover cop" for 30 minutes straight.

He's also stalked by that long-haired Frankie henchman who's shot in the bar-room shoot-out at the end and falls to the floor along with a cascade of potato chips. He survived his gun-shot wounds. Terry finally corners the guy, shoves a gun in his face, and says "What the @#$% do you want, man?" The guy says, "You owe me a bag of potato chips." It's a weird movie.
