Did anybody actually see this in a theater?
If so, what were your impressions? Others? Anybody else in a theater with you?

shareNo, not until it came to VHS. I do remember it played opposite Home Alone at the time. Everyone went to see Home Alone and it played for months while Rocky 5 bombed and was quickly out of theaters I think.
shareI did. Hard to remember details, but it was a decent-sized audience and people seemed to enjoy it. This was still the era when a Rocky film was something of an event, and though history hasn't been kind to Rocky V, it was a fun film to see in a cinema.
shareYep. I graduated high school that year.
It was pure shit then and even worse now.
This is the only one of the series I saw with a packed audience. It was a Friday night. The street fight scene at the end: people were screaming, cheering, jumping up from their seats, it was like I was at a real sporting event.
shareNope. Saw it once on DVD. Don't plan on watching it again.
shareYes...I was 16 and a Rocky fan....I was there opening weekend.
