He plays the guy who runs the Post Office Etc. type store where Slater has his post office box. Check the movie out.

That isn't David Schwimmer - in the credits he is listed as Allan Kolman. However, there is a young mullet-sporting Seth Green in the film as the guy who asks the fat kid who sells the tapes to help him put the "Deavers Rap" through the PA system.
