shareI tried over a couple of P2P-filesharing programmes but I couldn't find it.
It's a B-side on their 12" "Drum machine", released in 1999.
Maybe you can get it over a special seller.
The version on the Drum Machine 12" (as well as the Def Jam Master CD) is the demo version of The Scenario. Finding the studio recording heard in Pump Up the Volume can only be found on P2P programs...which isn't easy. It took me nearly a whole day to find my copy.
shareIt is available through some P2P programs, but it is still hard to come by even through those. I've managed to find the track once or twice, but none of the versions are of very good quality.

I wouldn't really worry about trying to find one "in good quality" ... the "bad quality" is how the song is SUPPOSED to sound. Find one with a 128 bit rate and your pretty much where you should be.
shareI found it on the bootleg Original Ill.
shareY'all can download it (along with other lovely rare Beastie sh!t) here;
