Why is the movie R?
hmmmmmmmmmm?
shareI could only find two scenes that persuaded the idiots at MPAA to make the movie rated R. the opening scene where michael keaton is having sex with beverly d'angelo because you nearly see naked. The other scene is the final confrontation between keaton and the couple in the house.
sharethere's also at least 10 f-bombs during the course of the film...might have had something to do with it...
although i just saw "all the president's men" the other night (a PG rating) and there are at least 5 or 6 in that. never really understood that rule, how sometimes a PG-13 film with very little else objectionable was only allowed to have 1 (at the absolute most 2) f-word(s) and sometimes they showed up in a PG film...

there is a violent impaling too, that makes it worthy of an R
