Sure it has many flaws. The main thing I liked about the movie was Michael Keaton's performance as the crazy tenant Carter Hayes. The movie had a good amount of suspense. It was creepy too. It isn't the best thriller, but it's one of my favorites.

Its a great thriller and Michael Keaton was a great villain.

Yeah, Michael Keaton was really scary as "the bad guy." I love the way Patty got into his hotel room, wrecked it and stole his cash!
