SEAL training in hand to hand
I once knew this guy, Im not sure if what he said was 100 percent believable but he had stories about how SEALS trained in hand to hand combat. He didn't make it clear exactly what his job was but he said he worked for the government and from what I know he might've been in the FBI. Anyway he claimed to have been to the Pentagon on various assignments, and he said that he saw SEALS training in the Pentagon in stuff such as hand to hand combat. He said that they were kicking full contact wearing boots and that they were being slammed into the concrete. Im not sure if this is true but thats what he claimed.
