Kinda sucks that the GOOF listed on the movies main page gives away the ending, i've never seen the movie before or read the book so didnt know what happens

That sucks. I think you need to report that my friend. But it is an idea to avoid any IMDb page regarding a specific movie if you haven't yet but do intend to watch it. Especially the message board and the goof sections. That way you won't get any spoilers!
