Has anyone here tried what Charlie Sheen did when he spied on another woman from his balcony, and then goes across the street to have some chit chat and drink shots? lol (Doesn't have to be this way!)

No but I loved that scene and how he kept making smug faces/gestures at emilio across the street.

This is exactly the same as in Stakeout with Richard Dreyfuss, having dinner with Madeleine Stowe as Esteves watches him from accross the street with the binoculars.
