Was that one of the Marley boys? Bob or one of his sons in the movie

When Screwface has his men gathered in the hideout there's someone that was either Bob Marley or one of his sons or maybe Bob Marley's brother.

Dude - Bob Marley died in 1981, nine years before this movie was released. Marley had 11-13 children (accounts vary), seven of them sons. Nobody with the last name of Marley is listed in the credits on this site though.
