It is what is comonly refered to as a palm or turret pistol. It is impossible to tell who it was made by. It seems that most were made in the late 1800's/early 1900's. In 1890, the Chicago Firearms Co. made a model that looked simialr to the one shown in the film and I saw another one that was made by a French company, Systeme E. Turbiaux, Paris.
