Right before he gets shot, I always thought the reply to Jimmy Fingers last words was a goof. Didn't he say "I'm Jimmy Fingers, I'm a made man", as in "A full member of the Mafia"? But Steven Seagal's character must have thought he said "I made man", prompting his reply of "God made men".

Am I right?

No, you had it right the first time, Jimmy did say- "I'm a made man."

By Seagal saying "God made men," he's implying he could care less about the Mafia, he's not scared of them.
