Did Screwface have a twin brother or was it actually black magic?

Did Screwface actually have a twin brother to fool everyone or did Screwface actually practice black magic voodoo so he can come back to life after getting his head cut off?

Twin brother. It was even stated in the movie by Screwface #2 (right at the beginning of the climactic fight between Hatcher & Screwface). "You kill my brudda? Now you goin' wish you was dead!"

They were twins. Besides the obvious "you killed my brudda" line, there was also the clue told by the dancer girl in the Jamaican bar - "Screwface has two head & four eyes".

At the very begginning of the movie when Screwface is talking with the one cuban guy, you actually see a quick view of his brother in the background...did anyone else notice that? I just noticed it after recently watching this movie.

Ha Ha great death scene then throws him down an elevator. Been a while since I seen a Segal movie but really enjoyed this one.
