Who was more evil? Screwface or Richie Madano from Out For Justice?

Which of the two villains was more evil?

The voodoo would probably make Screwface more evil, Richie was just a crazy, bad guy, and a bully. My friends didn't like him, your friends didn't like him, you were hanging around with the wrong kind of people. He liked pain you know? It's difficult and arguable to say one was anymore evil than the either.

Richie was more of a hot-headed, drugged up thug with an itchy trigger finger than an evil killer. I would say Screwface was more evil. His was colder with his murders, more calculating and followed black magic/voodoo in the darkest way possible.

Both however, deserved to die and neither showed a thread of remorse for their damning actions.
