Subtitles?
okay, just watched it and it really needs some subtitles for when the Jamaicans were talking because it was barely understandable.

No one could. Paid to see a movie and huge parts were blown, all from lack of subtitles.
Haven't seen it over 20 years but if it's ever aired on premium cable again, I will probably watch it. This time, I will be able to read whatever it is they are saying. Cinemax stations are playing a lot of Seagal '90 movies right now. This one is left out.
