The early 60s and early 90s settings
Loved how in the film that 1960 looked like the late 50s and 1990 looked like the late 80s. In fact, I was only 2 years old in 1990 and it did still look like the 80s when my mother took me and my sister to a babysitter's house. You could easily mistaken 1960 for 1959 and 1990 for 1989. Although 1990 was slightly more distinguishable from 1989, unlike how 1960 was to 1959. Otherwise they looked like the same year.
