Who was Uncle Rob's other kid? Heather was one, but who was the other?

Sandman81, Rob has four children who are at the McCallister home in the beginning: Heather, Tracy, Sondra, and Rod. I'm not sure if the few others who are shown in Paris are also Rob's.
