Can anyone recall a movie from like 10-15 years ago about a robot or a man that becomes a robot he finds somemething in a lab or something, i can recall he had a wife or a girlfriend time and place is in the future an after nuclear war or something, he starts killing and that's all i recall (the robot he becomes looks cool something like robocop) can anyone tell me what is the name of the movie i search everywhere

No it's not that, my movie ation is in an apocaliptic future after a nuclear war or something
The movie dated from Nemesis (movie) if you know that one, i saw it in that time period
