Interesting product placement...

I thought it was funny that they thanked Black & Decker in the credits. I can imagine how that meeting went:

"Your film's called Hardware, I see. Well, that is our business! So, how will power tools be used in the movie?"

"Well, an angle grinder is used by a sculptress. I think that's it... [sotto voce] Oh, yes, I almost forgot: a killer robot incorporates a circular saw, a drill, and a chainsaw into its arms and uses them to kill people and destroy property."

"Excellent! We would love to promote our tools to artists! We will give you all the production assistance you need."

"Great, we'll make the public look at your products in a whole new way..."
