A question about an odd and yucky scene *SPOILER*

After Mo had died (?) and his girlfriend (I have forgot her name) cryingly cuddles up by his side and tries to wake him up back to life, his bionic arm suddenly starts twitching, and in the next moment you see a limb that looks like a leg being sawn off and thereafter the girlfriend trying to flee. It is very yucky scene, that I however never understood what in the world it meant?

Whose limb was sawn off and why?? That was never shown, because nothing else than that sawing off is ever shown?

I think the movie could have done without that scene, it is just yucky and confusing.

I agree that scene was stupid and made no sense and they didn't really explain it very well.

So you know the young black guy who got shot in the head? Remember him?

Well after Jill runs back into the room with Mo, she touches his robot hand, which slightly twitches as the robot goes and drags the black guy's body into the room for some odd reason. It starts up its chainsaw and then drains some of the power from the building by touching the circuit breaker. It then cuts the black guy in half. I didn't really understand why since he was already dead.

When Jill starts connecting to the Mark 13 robot through the computer, Mo somehow was partially connected to the machine, and basically told her how to kill it. I suppose his hand twitching was because some part of his consciousness was connected to the machine after it injected the toxins into him?

The editing was pretty poor in that sequence of scenes and they didn't really explain anything other than Jill yelling that the robot was a "power junkie", since it needed to feed on the power to keep functioning, but there was like no explanation at all as to why it cut the dead black guy's body in half.
