Who was worse between Willie or Carl?

I personally thought Carl was the worst of the two because he pretended to be friends with Sam so he could gain something off of him, plus he's also a far more weaselly character of the two.

Gonna call it even. Willie actually killed Sam and didn't seem all upset about it. Carl didn't want Sam killed, but after he was killed, he kept on his plan to steal the bank's money anyway.

I’m giving it to Carl, he screws over his friend so badly the poor guy dies, and then he moves in on his grieving girlfriend. He’s an absolute serpent, and that’s before he orders a hit on Oda Mae and threatens to cut Molly’s throat.

Carl is a great movie villain, truly skin-crawling, and definitely deserves hell.
