The Poster in the Subway

Can someone explain this to me please? When Sam is taught how to move things in the subway, as he is running off, he stops to look at a poster featuring I think three of four people who looked like business executives. Then he smiles and runs off. I have never understood the scene and it keeps on bugging me. Can someone please explain to me what I am missing?

Sam saw that poster and I think it reminded him of work (people in business suits, a bank). And then I think he got inspired to make his plan involving Rita Miller to take that $4 million. So he got excited because he had a plan.

Thanks for that explanation. Been watching this movie since childhood and I always assumed it was a poster for the company where he works and he was smiling because he misses his colleagues and was proud of what he did for a living, haha.
