I remember once hearing talk of a sequel which was going to focus on Whoopi Goldberg's character - and it was going to co-star Ted Danson (Goldberg's boyfriend at the time) presumably as a new Ghost character. Anyone know anything about this? I can't find any references to it anywhere - but I sure remember hearing about it!

Patrick Swayze once said in an interview that when the writers wrote up the script for a sequel, it sounded so stupid that he, Demi, & Whoopi all turned it down.
