shareSame here, very touching scene and one of my favourite scenes of the entire movie. I just love how it is shot, and the music compliments it beautifully.

Yer i agree i love the way it is shot when kim is turning round in slow mo with the music it just makes the scene beautiful :)
sharei've always wished that some high ranking ice skater would do a program based on that scene. of course, the snow would be hard to have, unless there were a carpeted stage at one end of the ice where they could dance a bit under artificial snow (to blow that stuff onto ice would be dangerous). but it could be a marvelous program.

"Ooh!Pass the popcorn! This is gonna be good!"
When I first saw that scene more than 10 years ago, it was one of the few romantic scenes ever I could fully relate to. I was Edward Scissorhands and the girls I'd had a crush on were the Winona Ryder character... So yes, I would saw it's not only one of the best scenes from the movie but also one of the most romantic scenes ever !
shareYes it is one of the most romantic scenes I have ever seen in a movie :)
shareOne thing I love about it is how smooth, mellow and romantic it is in one second and in the next it's pretty unsettling.
We all live in suspense from day to day; you are the hero of your own story.
yes.
i totally agree. the colaboration of scene and soundtrack is so awesome.
and about "goodbye" scene, well it's my fav word anyway :D
hahaha yer love the goodbye scene :D
shareOne of the best film scenes ever!
A truly romantic, inspirational, beautiful and sad scene all in one. A great combination of sound and vision that works together to create a marvellous scene.
And the score by Elfman is so haunting and beautiful, his best score ever.
In a time when movies try to much to be romantic and instead become cheesy, this one is romantic, without trying to much.
Great scene indeed!
No matter what the film is great.... But yes the ice dance is a amazing romantic scene one of the best romance scenes i have seen i think it is truly beautiful :D
shareThe focus is on Kim's hands touching, feeling the snow in this beautiful scene. Something with Scissorhands is unable to do and yet without his 'hands' he can't create that sensation for Kim. Very poignant.
shareI agree it was a pretty decent scene

That's my favorite scene :) as specially the dress she wears, it's such a pretty dress. This scene is as specially beautiful in the ballet version of Edward scissorhands :)
