What parts were in Dade City and Wesley Chapel, FL?

According to the film spots on imdb it says that some parts were in Dade City and Wesley Chapel. I would guess that maybe the school was filmed in one of those towns, but I know they filmed the shopping mall in Lakeland and the neighborhood was Lutz, so anyone know what parts were in Dade City and Wesley Chapel?

I actually lived in the area when they were filming (my step dad hung out with Johnnie Depp one night after filming). Carpenter's Run, in Lutz. Tinsmith Circle. The neighborhood still looks the same. The Castle obviously isn't there; it's a ditch.

where was the school, the jail and the bank filmed? i would guess those parts were in wesley chapel/dade city and the rest of the film was in lutz and lakeland.
