It was a great movie up until the scene where....

Joyce kicks her dog and the dog yelps in pain, that scene was totally uncalled for, it was not needed. We already know that Joyce is constantly horny and wants to jump the bones of every man that she sees, but that scene was just wrong, there's no need to add a scene where an animal gets mistreated especially when the movie isn't even about animals. I no longer watch this movie because of that one scene. You have to make a stand! If there's a scene in a film that you strongly oppose then boycott the entire movie indefinitely.

Shut up, you can't be serious.

I hope you realize that the dog was not actually kicked or mistreated in any way.

That was my favorite part of the whole movie. I cant stand small yippie dogs.

*beep* liberal

I thought it was funny. Sort of gallows humor almost.

Seize the moment, 'cause tomorrow you might be dead.

How did that scene make the movie bad? It was sad but it didn't mean the movie was terrible for it? What about movies where there's murder? Is it automatically a bad movie just because someone gets murdered?

I didn't think Joyce was being totally mean and abusive towards her dog, she just wanted her dog to shut up, I do admit the movie does fall apart a bit when Jim has Edward breaking into his parents home and does a total 180.
