New to the Darkman Trilogy

i just got all 3 movies and just finished the first one and thought it was pretty cool, and now im stuck on which one to watch next, i read somewhere that the return of Durant is suppose to be the third one and Die Darkman Die is suppose to be the second but was switched around do to marketing, so my question is would it make more since in the story to watch die darkman die and then watch the return of durant, or does even matter? could someone thats seen all three of them please help me out here!!!!!

They are actually related in plot as what happens in part one has an affect in parts 2 and somewhat part 3

just watched all 3 last week and to me and my way of thinking you wanna see return of durant first cuz if you watch the 3rd one,, without knowing of second one you would be like,, wait wtf happened to durant i wanna know,, plus since larry drake ain't in third one, it makes all the sense to me to watch return of durant 2nd,, die darkman die save it for last

It honestly doesn't matter which you watch first, although personally, I firmly think that they should be watched:

-Darkman
-Darkman III: Die Darkman Die
-Darkman II: The Return of Durant

The third film just isn't a fitting end to the trilogy, and was originally meant to be the second film, and it kinda shows. Darkman II feels more like a climax and if memory serves, some events from Darkman II don't make sense with Darkman III due to the swapped release dates. (Ex. in Darkman II, a character figures out how to extend the life of the synthetic skin, yet in the third film, this is never mentioned, and the 99 minute limit is back... Doesn't make sense, and is evidence that the sequels were flip-flopped.)
