None of the other characters say f-ck, other than Chucky. CP1 had Mike using the F-word in one scene, CP3 we had Shelton and a few other characters, in BoC, we had the Warren, Norton, Jessie, Jade, and Tiffany use the word, in SoC, we had Psychs, Tiffany, Jennifer Tilly, Redman, and I think the British girl, and in CoC, Sarah and Nica use the f-word too.

Can't remember but I thought he used it in one scene and also I was wrong about the 2nd movie being the only film where only Chucky uses the f-word. The semi driver before the factory scene has him saying "What the f-ck's your problem" to Kyle.

Also, I agree it would have been satisfying if he said it at least once. Chuck really put him through hell, so he had all reason to tell the doll to *beep* off.
I think you may be thinking of the little kid in "Dolly Dearest", who says "Play with this, bitch!" before he kills her.
Similarly, before igniting Chucky in the first "Child's Play", Andy says "This is the end, friend!"
I do not recall him every saying "bitch" in the original.

Andy said to his mother that Chucky told him, that Aunt Maggie was a real bitch and deserved to die. That may not be verbatim, but he definitely said the word bitch when repeating to his mom what Chucky said to him.
