shareIMDb says it's Terry Farrell, of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Becker fame, but I watched the scene a few times to get a close look, and I'm pretty sure it's not her. That small part is not officially credited in the cast list, so I'm not sure you can definitely find out who she is, probably just an extra.
