Kim Cattrell Vs Melanie Griffith

I like this movie, but the only plot hole was why would McCoy cheat on a extremely hot younger Kim cattrell who works all day to look good with Melanie Griffith, dont get me wrong Melanie is very atractive, but Kim is looking fine in the movie.

The only reason i can think of is that Melanie is more fun and not as stuck up.

But i felt that Kim was more like that because McCoy wanted that, he wanted the park avenue lifestyle, high end wife etc.. And she accomdated.

because in the movie kim was quite nice with the in-laws and respected mccoys father.. Seems like she may have wanted a simpler life but Mccoy was intent on the big shot bonds trader with all the trimmings lifestyle like the dinner party Kim set up and ran, she was like, this is what you want is it, i organized it weeks ago.

Kim was lookin fine in this movie.

Kim's character was very uptight and 'proper', whereas Melanie's was a lot more vivacious. Personally, I found Melanie very sexy in this film, from a shallow point-of-view, with the high blonde hair, buxom physique and expensive gowns/fur coats, even though I don't ordinarily find her attractive (although she did look good in one other film, 'Two Much').

It's also funny that you mention how much Kim's character, Judy, respected Sherman's father because at one stage McCoy Sr. tells Sherman during a heart-to-heart that he never really cared for Judy, presumably because he found her shallow and false which, to be fair, she was.
