Absolute favorite is "This Old House" from Season 3.

Number 2 I can't recall the exact name, but the one where Lowell is selling a product called the Car-B-Q and convinces Roy to buy one.

And Murder, She Roast.

Your numbers 2 and 3 are the same episode. The episode called Murder, She Roast featured, as its main plotline, the story of Brian staying at Fay's house, and then ended up believing she was a murderer. But there was a subplot about Lowell selling Car-B-Q's. The two plotlines sort of merged when Fay suggested she was going to use a Car-B-Q to cook the leg of lamb.

reply

Actually she said she didn't have time for the leg of lamb to thaw out but thank goodness Lowell sold her one of those car-B-que's so she roasted a chicken on the way home.

reply

Oh, thank you! It's been a while since I watched them so I forgot them. I guess then my 3 faves would be 1. This Old House, 2. Murder, She Roast, and 3. Try To Remember The Night He Dismembered, where the gang thinks they've hypnotized Roy into revealing where he buried a trunk of money in his yard, and he tricks them into digging a hole for his new pool.

1. Murder She Roast 2. The Puppetmaster 3. Sports and Leisure

The pilot - "You're Rich", it really moves me.

The Faye as a 'serial murderer' episode.

The episode where Helen stops the boys from filing a false injury insurance claim.

You just have to be resigned-
You're crashing by design

Sorry, I'm not great with episode names:

1) Part 1 of the episode where Joe finally loses it, I guess it's called "Joe Blows".
2) The episode where they think the killer is stalking them. Love the scenes at the Hackett house!
3) The episode with Charles Rocket, when Alex just closes the door on Brian at the end.

reply

Those would be:

"Joe Blows" - Season 5, Episode 7

"What the Cabbie Saw" - Season 4, Episode 12

"Call of the Wild" - Season 5, Episode 23

Everyone here mentioned all of my faves. Murder She Roast is one of the best.

i do love the one where Joe's nose gets broken and Brian takes him to the plastic surgeon. The doctor comments on a slight imperfection in his nose and Brian obsesses. My favorite part of this episode is the guys all sitting around discussing famous guys they think are handsome. Very funny stuff!

The one where Joe and Brian are at the gym trying to impress Alex

I haven't seen enough of the whole series to name 3 favorites but one of my all time favorite episodes of any series was the one where they took the old man cross country to reunite with his brother. Truly hilarious and makes me want to buy the series on dvd just to get that episode.
