I really like

Justin Pitt (Ian Abercrombie); Elaine Benes' Boss; especially the episode regarding socks. But overall,

Frank Costanza (Jerry Stiller) is my top favorite, and Estelle Costanza (Estelle Harris) a close second.

And also the midget that was friends with Kramer...all in all I honestly like most of the secondary characters. The show was the best.
