is this show any good? and should I buy the dvd?

I am going to best buy in the morning to get the birds of prey dvd I have one question thought everytime I am at best buy I see the dvd set for The flash complete series Is the show any good? I have only seen the pilot episode and that was because it came on a disc as an extra for a different dvd a few years ago. And did the show end with an actual ending or did it have to be continued without the storylines wrapping up.

Why not just rent it? Try Netflix or Blockbuster. It lasted a season and got cancelled, I think most epsiodes were self contained so it probably didn't end on a cliffhanger.

none of the local blockbusters have it and i refues to give my credit card number over the intrnet so i am all but forced to go buy it if i decide i want to see it.

It's good. You'll like it alot, especially if you're a Lois and Clark fan. And even if you're not, you'll like it. You really do feel like you're in and with Barry through his life - and you always want more.

Well worth the purchase! Best super hero series ever.
No, they didn't end it. After all--the comic is still being published.

Very toned-down but very true to the Silver-Age Flash. Hope the film is excellent.

It would be nice if they could do a reissue with scratches and dirt cleaned up digitally. Also, since it was on film, maybe it could get resampled in HD for Blu-ray.

I'm currently watching the DVD set. The media appears to be holding up well.

I'd say get it (if you haven't already since this is an old post). But I might be biased and not very objective since I like it.
