Any good inside comic book jokes?

The only one I found was on an episode when Barry was walking his dog by the movie theater and Batman and superman are playing as a double feature.

are there any others in the show that I missed?

Hey, do I preach to you when you're lyin stoned in the gutter!?

A former police commissioner on the show had the name Julius Schwartz

Seems like there were two streets that intersected with names associated with the character, one name might have been Garrick (the golden age Flash was Jay Garrick - Jay was also the name of Barry's doomed brother on the TV show)

Veteran actor Robert Shayne, who played Metropolis Police Inspector Bill Henderson in "The Adventures of Superman", played Reggie the news vendor. Reggie was in two episodes of "The Flash". "Sight Unseen" and "Sins of the Father."
The character of Reggie was blind because Robert Shayne, who was approaching his 90's at the time, was also legally blind.

there was also a time when Barry pretended to be "Professor Zoom" who was in reality, the Reverse Flash (and eville, of course) from the future.

In the episode "Watching the Detectives", Tina said that she was expecting a call from Carter Hall (which is odd, since as far as I know Carter Hall was a museum curator, not a scientist.)

A location commonly mentioned on the show was the Hotel Infantino, named after comic book legend Carmine Infantino...

This is a rotten way to end it!
This is not the end; you haven't read it yet.

In the Trickster episode, at the costume party, you can see someone in the background dresses as Superman.

I was big into Flash comics around that time and I specifically noticing that the first time it was mentioned on the show. I remember wondering how many people picked up on that!

In one of the early episodes Barry and Julio walked into a shop and if you look to the far right there was a doll that looked suspiciously like the Joker.

In "The Deadly Nightshade" there was a comment on discovering the identity of the psychopathic masked vigilante, "Why would the richest guy in Central City want to become a masked vigilante?" which seemed to also be a kind of a veiled dig at Batman.

The address of Star Labs was 50 Garrick ave. Jay Garrick is the name of the original Flash from 1940 and 1990, the year the show premiered, was the 50th anniversary of The Flash.
