Why was Joe E. Tata not credited for the episodes in season 10 he didn’t appear in?

If you watch the final season’s opening theme when the title logo appears on-screen as the cast is huddled together for photo-op, Joe is located on the far left, next to Brian Austin Green (ONLY in the episodes he appears in). However, in the episodes Joe is absent from, the camera is zoomed in on the huddled cast, making the left side of Brian’s body 1% out of frame, since the cast was arm-to-arm instead of standing with gaps between them. In addition, during the roll call, they skip Joe, of course. If my memory serves me correctly, he appeared in the opening credits of every episode since the beginning of the 6th season when he was promoted to regular cast member, whether or not he was absent from an episode. But at the beginning of the final season, that apparently stopped, which is strange, because TV sitcoms typically credit every cast member for every episode, regardless of their presence, unless they resign or were terminated. Anybody know why that wasn’t the case for Joe E. Tata during the final season?
