Brandon was cold

IMO, the way Brandon tells David we may never see Brenda again, sounded cold.

I think the cast couldn't wait to get rid of Shannen. It sounds like there was a whole bunch of bitterness towards her during her last season-onscreen and offscreen. And we did see in that lifetime movie that the cast was responsible for getting her fired.

He was definitely very flippant with that remark as was the expression on his face as well as David's. At the risk of using a poor pun, I believe it was the equivalent of flipping the bird to Shannon. As difficult as she must have been back then, I agree, they could have used more class in that scene just for the legacy that is Brenda.

Agree. Seems to reflect what was happening in the back scene but it wasn't a good way to say goodbye to Brenda (the character). The expression on their faces says it all and it shouldn't be that way.
