Ann was going on to her psychiatrist about how she was worried about what to do with "garbage". Graham was driving. He stopped at a bait shop and used the men's toilets to shave and wash and to change his shirt. Ann said to her psychiatrist that she was annoyed John had asked his friend (whom he hadn't seen for 9 years) to stay as it was her house too. But, she pointed out, John was the one who paid the mortgage. The psychiatrist pointed out that Ann did housework and it was John who had asked her to quit her job.

I still hope that you watch the whole thing, though. The music at the beginning, which I read somewhere is "blue grass" conveys something I cannot quite convey in words.
