Ann wears white until she finds the earring & decides to make a videotape then she puts on a black tank top, she wears and black & white dress in the final scene
Graham, the James Spader character, always wears the black shirt skanky sister wears dark colors
Just watched it for the first time. I dunno, but if you're reading into what they're wearing, surely Ann donning black just after finding out her husband's cheated in her is her trying to seduce Graham? She actively seeks out the type of clothes he has on and tries to mimic it. She also comes in to his house and leans on the doorframe in a flirtatious manner, and talks as though she's trying to cop off with him. Complete shift of character.
And it seems like it worked. I'm betting something happened when he turned the camera off.
I am thinking that the bit where he suddenly opens his eyes is when he realises that he can in fact get an erection in the presence of another person.
That does not mean they actually beeped. There might have been contraceptive issues that meant that they did not. But I'm sure she tried to find out if he could live up to his promise of being able to give a woman an orgasm.
Not really: Ann wears black when she first visits Graham at his new apartment, then she finds videotapes (that is why she wears black then I think:). She also wears a black long skirt when Graham arrives. Nonetheless, you have a good point, their clothes tell a lot.
