Was that like normal back then to kiss your friend of the opposite sex on the lips? When I saw it I was like whoa did I miss something? Lol that seems veryyy awkward and unusual to me.

I had a female friend who did that. I saw her do that to other guys also so that must have been a normal way to say hello / goodbye for her

Yeah I kiss everyone on the lips usually. My family all does it too with each other. Just normal no biggie.

Not normal for me...but I've seen other people do it. Depends on the person I guess...

Yeah, none of my female friends kiss on the lips, even a quick peck. I had a very close friend for many years that reminded me of Sally and her friendship with Harry, and she and I would get borderline romantic, giving each other hugs and big kisses on the cheek, but never on the lips.

A lot of our female friends kiss me on the lips. Wife doesn't even mind.
