Paulie

one of the best villians ever??? or is it just me? anyone else agree/disagree

"I'm a little rusty....but I'll get back to ya"

reply

Man, "i'll get back to ya"?!
...it was
"it WILL get back to me" (..the killing nack lol)
...n i agree,mr Don Calfa IS a load o' laughs...: (shoots at Larry-gun is empty-Larry goes:"its empty!"...and Paulie : "thats right..." (n opens up his jacket to show a spare gun)"....BUT HIS AIN'T!HAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHH!"
:D

reply

ahah yea it is my fault...also another good one. excusme me father could you tell me how to get to Bernie Lomax's house...God bless you my son...

reply

HAHA - I love that part. Yes, Paulie is one of the best villians....ever.
I really wish he would have been in the second one. Barry Boskowitz was no "paulie"!!!!!!!

The following scam comes from The Sting, Part 2, so NOBODY knows about it!

reply

He was, certainly, one of the more likeable villians.

I love his confidence in the scene where he surprises Bernie in the house.
Bernie: "Oh. You startled me!"
Paulie: "I'm real at that."....Then, casualy, dons the clergy collar.

reply

I laugh until I can't breathe when he keeps shooting Bernie's body on the steps toward the end. His eyes bugging out more than usual is hysterical!

... I admire a person that's willing to do whatever is necessary.

reply

Also good:Paulie being carried away in the straitjacket at the end
"That man is alive!"

"I have an appointment with eternity and I don't want to be late"

reply

"OH! Oh, I didn't hear you come in..."

"Yep... I'm real good at that..."

Great line

Paulie was brilliant. Great physical comedy for a villain. And some great lines.

reply

"I hate Bernie's friends!!!"

Classic line...Makes me laugh my @ss off!

reply

I love the line he says (which I assume it was in) italian before he shoots Bernie multiple times, and goes after Richard, Larry, and Gwen.

curiosity killed the cat!
