Does anybody knows where i can find pictures of Bernie's beach house?

The movie was shot at Bald Head Island, NC. You can check out those web sites, but some one told me that the back of the "home" used, was actually the club house or something like that.
From what I've read the house was constructed for the film and torn down after. The area allowed it right on the sand near the shore with the promise it would be removed following shooting. So a lot of it was fiberglass mock-ups and wood planks.
But in real life it would be cool if someone built it for real, cuz I thought the layout was pretty cool. Funny that McCarthy has the line, "What do you think? Mil 5, mil 6" or something like that. Nowadays, a house like that wouldn't be under 10 million my guess.
Coastal Living Magazine gave it a go IRL. This is the second-largest house on the island (The current largest house, "Sunny-side Up", sits on a hill and is owned by my best customer, a surgeon).

I thought it was one of the coolest movie houses I've ever seen.
It was perfect for bernies personality and for the movie...in terms of layout, design, the pool, etc. Very cool house.
I also think it's the coolest house I've ever seen in a movie.
I want to live in one just like that.

I don't know, it doesn't have beautiful aesthetics, it's very 'square and grey' from the outside.
Also, there's an enormous, completely useless part above the house bit for some reason. What could its purpose even be? Why not use the resources, time and effort to create something more beautiful instead, like more mansion-, or castle-style architecture with proper rooms and all?
Even Barbara Streisand's famous 'Streisand-effect'-house looks better (and bigger).
