The funniest part in this movie is when they are on the boat and they hear the loud noises. "What the hell is that?"
And it's burnie's fu*king corpse smahing the channel markers or whatever they are. LOL.
Another funnny one is when they drag him down in the wagon.
I probably most enjoyed the parts you mentioned, plus the part when Richard and Larry are running back up to the house with Bernie between them. It looks so realistic that I can't help laughing every time.

I love the whole answerphone scene where they find out Bernie wanted to have the 2 schmuks on the 6 o'clock boat killed. Larry says "we were on the 6 o'clock boat" and then Richie comes out with "and we're schmuks". Then they look at each other.

The funniest part is when andrew maccarthy is playing monopoly with bernie, hilarious. i love bernies moustache and constant smile and the fact that he didnt start reeking of death after a day or so. And how that guy thinks Bernies still alive and he falls from the sky and grabs the guy around the neck and they start strangling each other. best movie EVER.

I think the funniest part is when jonathan silverman is sitting there with gwen, when he brings her back to his apartment, and he tells her about how his parents died. how she says. shes terrified of flying, but then says the plane crashed into the train. and then his dad comes out, and he calls him monroe. I think that part is so funny. I always will. That to me is the best part of the whole movie.

When the hitman thinks that he has killed Bernie and then sees him on the stairs and says Cournutre(or something like that) then shoots him again numerous times. Then Bernie ends up kicking him in the balls and look on his face is hilarious.

I laughed at this when I was 13 and I still laugh at the same part maybe harded at 31. It's where the guy is shooting at Larry and Richard and he moves Bernie's lag out of the way and just when the opera singer sings that high note Bernie's foot goes back and racks the shooter.

The one element that i've always loved about this film is it's blatent disrespect for the dead lol. The channel marker scene is funny in a way that I can't fully describe, just the sight of them dragging a body behind a speedboat is funny in and of itself and it's just capped by him nailing every one of those markers. The cherry on that scene is when they drag Bernie up that ski ramp and he makes that wet streaking sound lol!
Of course the expression on Bernies face throughout the film is enough to keep me laughing even when nothing is going on lol.
Another moment that I love is when Larry and Richard are walking to work in the blazing summer heat and that dude attemts to stick them up by pulling a gun out, Larry's response is the epitome of cool..."Ahh get your ass outta here it's too hot."
I've actually used that line, not in response to getting mugged but to everyday things. ;-)
Yet another is when thay get inside the lobby...
Harris the security guard: "Hot enough for ya, Larry?"
L: "No, Harris why don't you turn up the heat."
H: Okay i'll tell the engineer."

I haven't read any mention of the sequence on the "beach". The roof of the building, with the computer printouts. Richard and Larry trying to move around and everything is sticking because the tar has melted. This kills me every time.
