My wife and I just saw this and noticed one thing. If Kassandra was diabetic then wouldn't she have died from the first 20 years of aging with no insulin in her body?

If the curse made her age 20 years per day wouldn't that require her to inject quite a bit of insulin per day to stay alive?

Well its a curse, its hard to say how it would affect her insulin intake. If she aged 20 years a day, imagine how much food she would have to eat, and how much she would need to sleep per day... I think the curse doesn't make her need more insulin, or food, or sleep.. only makes her age faster.
