As originally conceived and shot, Woronov tore open her shirt and her nipples popped open with the eyes of the devil. She froze into ice, fell backwards onto the floor and the Warlock stomped her body and removed the eyes from her chest. Test audiences thought the imagery of the eyeball-nipples was silly and that the destruction of her body was too gruesome, so the scene was reshot. A portion of this deleted scene wound up in the trailer and your link is to one of several stills from the scene that are floating around.
