Mr. Kenneth the page on 30 Rock rapped "Top That" on an episode a while back. I can completely picture Tina Fey being a fan of this movie.

It reigns among the very top of my "so bad its good" list.

I didn't think it was possible but that reference made me love 30 Rock even more. I immediately looked up the orignal on you tube and it is as terrible/funny as ever.

I just saw that episode on DVD this week and was so excited I screamed! I love Teen Witch - Top That!

Robyn Lively was also in another episode in the third season of 30 Rock.
