For some reason, this always makes me laugh: "oh yeah. Louise Miller.". The way he says it makes me laugh. He sounds so disappointed that she's on the list.

Ha ha....well, he was mad because she called him on it and he swore he was right. He didn't want to have to admit that the little white girl knew what she was talking about!!!

You think he'd apologise for making (what seemed like) such a stupid mistake - forgetting the last name on a list he had just looked at! He was just surly - people skills are very important for security staff.
