Why was Randa okay with Brad jerking her around? First they're together, then he's hooking up with Louise, then he and Randa are going to the dance together, and by the end of the dance he's back with Louise! Shouldn't she have gotten jealous and gone psycho on one or both of them?

I noticed this too. My best guess is that Louise's popularity spell made Randa want to be Louise's friend more than keeping Brad as a boyfriend.
