Movie is full of great, subtle humor to help balance the dark subject matter. Comedy is not listed as one of the sub-genres here on IMDb but this movie is decidedly funnier than a few of the movies I've recently watched that are labeled comedy. Great overall movie!

I thought the "cop's eyes" line was a direct reference to "Harper" in which Paul Newman hears the exact same thing from one of the characters.
