Hope Neither Character Was Lying
In both the pilot and the series, when asked about eating, Nick replies that he hopes he can keep the hamburger he ate down. I'm hoping neither show had him lying about that to the doctor. I did notice that in the pilot Nick did not take the "tea" drink the doctor gave him, but in the series Nick did taste some of it. I like that the series did more to show various methods Nick tried in an effort to become human.
